How the stake chest works
Before the finale, every team locks an equal amount of coins into a Deadman's Stake Chest. When a team is knocked out, the team that eliminated them claims their chest, capped at the eliminator's own stake. The last team standing keeps everything it has looted, so the payout grows with every team beaten rather than from a fixed pot.
For scale, the Season 1 stake totalled 18.4 billion coins. The Season 3 amount has not been published.

Blood Money, which teams spend on upgrades right before the finale. Prices climb fast, so the gap between a leading team and a chasing team shows up in the shop.

What is the Deadman: All Stars Season 3 prize pool?+
There is no fixed cash prize. Each team stakes coins into a Deadman's Stake Chest, and the winners loot the chests of the teams they beat, capped at their own stake. Season 1's stake totalled 18.4 billion coins.
Who won the previous All Stars seasons?+
Dino Nuggets won Season 1 (2024) and the Solo Mission Snakes won Season 2 (2025).
