Quick answer
How the finale works
The All Stars finale is a run of team duels: every team plays, and a team is out only once all five of its players are dead in a round.
All six teams play
Every team plays the live finale. The nine-day build only sets each team's gear and Blood Money, not whether they play, so no team is knocked out beforehand.
1v1 relay battles
Two teams face off one player at a time. When a player dies, their next teammate steps in and the duel continues, until one team has nobody left. That team loses the round.
Captains anchor last
Teams set their fight order and the captain usually plays last. Because one strong anchor can run through several opponents in a row, a team that falls behind can still storm back, so no round is over until a team's final player dies.
Last team standing wins
Win a round by wiping the other team's five players. Keep winning your team duels and your team is crowned champion. There is no points total and no final 1v1: it is team elimination.
No shrinking zone
The All Stars finale has no fog, poison, or closing border. Players fight on a fixed arena, so the relay decides it, not a clock.
Supplies stay on death
New for Season 3: finale supplies are no longer lost when a player dies. Earlier seasons docked food on every death, and that penalty is gone.
Finale combat setup
The build week is over. Every player enters on the same fixed food and potion loadout, and these plugins and items are off the table. What differs between teams is the gear they earned during the build and the Blood Money upgrades they can afford.

Finale shop: buy extra items with Blood Money
Between the build and the finale, each team spends the Blood Money it banked on a shop of finale-only upgrades, the one edge on top of the shared base kit. Repeatable buys cost more every time, and the four Ancient Warriors’ weapons are one purchase per team, so the team that farmed the most Blood Money walks in with the biggest edge.
